Thermostatic Faucet
Description
Thermostatic shower valves work by mixing the hot and cold water to the temperature you set using the knob on the valve. Inside the valve is a heat-sensitive element that controls the hot & cold water inlets and reacts to the outside influences, such as a toilet flushing or washing machine use so that the water temperature remains constant.

The left is water regulation and the right is temperature control. So you just need connect the cold water pipe to the right and the hot water pipe to the left.
